The study prepared by Can Berk Metin, a graduate student in the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Master’s Program and a work-study research assistant at TED University, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay Yılmaz, has been accepted for presentation at the European Conference on Educational Research / Emerging Researchers’ Conference, which will be held in Tampere, Finland.

The study, titled “Decent Work as the Missing Link Between Dual-Career Lifestyle Satisfaction and Well-Being: A Mediation Analysis,” examines the relationships among dual-career lifestyle satisfaction, decent work, and well-being within the framework of a mediation model.
